What happens if I cancel? +
Your site stays online for 30 days while you migrate (or we can hand off the files to your next vendor). No cancellation fee. We hope you don't, but we're not going to hold your site hostage.
Do I own my website? +
Yes. The domain stays in your name, the content is yours, and we can hand off the site files any time.
Why is it so much cheaper than the agencies I called? +
Two reasons. First, we use modern tooling (including AI-assisted dev) to build sites in hours instead of weeks. Second, we don't have an agency overhead to cover. Both savings flow to you.
What if I need something not on the tier list? +
Project work at $125/hr, quoted upfront. Photography and content creation: pass through cost plus 20% to manage it. Custom integrations: depends on scope; we'll quote before any work starts.
Why a one-time setup fee? +
Because building the site is real work that costs us real time. We charge it upfront so we're not relying on you sticking around for a year to break even. It also means we both know what we're committing to from day one.
How long until my site is live? +
Single-location Basic: 5-7 business days from contract signing. Multi-location or Growth tier with ad setup: 10-14 days.
